Founder
Dean Sposato held several executive sales and marketing positions within the technology industry in Boston and New York before launching Orchid Island Management Group. He provided global trading and risk management and operations solutions to the Financial Services industry with a focus on investment banks, insurance companies, and hedge funds including Goldman Sachs, Société Générale, Transamerica, Nationwide Insurance, Tiger Management, and Moore Capital Management.
Prior to founding Orchid Island Management Group, Dean was responsible for the overall operational and entrepreneurial business activities for a single-family office in Vero Beach, Florida. It was here that Dean’s prior experience in operations and the financial markets was instrumental in supporting high-net-worth families and their respective enterprises.
Co-Founder
Prior to relocating to Vero Beach, Kristin Sposato had a career in marketing and sales in New York and Boston with companies including Oxford Health Plans, American Airlines, and Capron Event Services. Her extensive experience in high-end real estate and community association management firms in Vero Beach has given her insight into how to improve and innovate a more efficient model for managing community associations and single-family residences. At Orchid Island Management Group, Kristin enjoys cultivating relationships with a focus on maintaining high standards of service for each OIMG client, their professional contacts, and their families.
Tom Wallace’s background is focused on areas of construction and Project Management Globally. He provided International Service and Project Management direction in the industrial laser/automation industry as well as commercial and residential construction which oversaw multimillion dollar projects and services that included domestic and international clients. High profile clients include the aerospace and automotive industry which included NASA, Boeing, SpaceX, Blue Origin, GM, BMW, and Ford. At Orchid Island Mangement Group, Tom provides his depth of experience in skilled trades by serving high profile clients which include day to day operations and providing site management and project management to individual residences as well as large communities.
