Dean Sposato held several executive sales and marketing positions within the technology industry in Boston and New York. He provided global trading and risk management and operations solutions to the Financial Services industry with a focus on investment banks, insurance companies and hedge funds including Goldman Sachs, Société Générale, Transamerica, Nationwide Insurance, Tiger Management and Moore Capital Management.
Prior to launching Orchid Island Management Group, Dean was responsible for the overall operational and entrepreneurial business activities for a single family office in Vero Beach, Florida. It was here that Dean’s prior experience in operations and the financial markets were instrumental in supporting high net worth families and their respective enterprises.
Kristin Sposato's background is in marketing and sales with companies including Oxford Health Plans, American Airlines and Capron Event Services. During her time in Vero Beach, she has enjoyed a rewarding career in high-end real estate sales.
At Orchid Island Management Group Kristin enjoys cultivating relationships with clients from all over including her former residences of New York, Connecticut and Cape Cod. Kristin’s focus is maintaining the high standards of service for each OIMG client, their professional contacts and their families. Her focus is on existing and new client acquisition including South Florida primarily Palm Beach County where OIMG has a presence and is recognized for a high standard of service.
